By submitting payment to reserve your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

*Cancellations within 24 Hours / No-Shows:

• If you cancel your appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or fail to appear for your scheduled appointment, the $59 appointment holding fee will be retained as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

*Cancellations With More Than 24 Hours’ Notice:

• If you cancel your appointment with more than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice and are unable to reschedule, the $59 appointment holding fee will be refunded within thirty (30) days. Refunds will be issued less any applicable cashier’s check and postage fees, not to exceed $5.00.
